• Returned within 14 days of delivery or pickup

• Unused and in original condition

• Free from stains, odors, pet hair, smoke, or other damage

• In the original packaging (if applicable)

• Not a custom or personalized item

• Not marked as Final Sale

RETURN POLICY

At Bobbin to Bloom, every item is carefully handmade with love and attention to detail.

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery or pickup. Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.

To begin a return, please email hello@bobbintobloom.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide return instructions.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• Returned items must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date.

• For local pickup orders, items must be returned within 14 days of notification that your order was ready for pickup.

• Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 3–5 business days for your store credit to be issued.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We take great pride in the quality of our handmade products. If your order arrives damaged or you believe you received a defective item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at bobbintobloom@outlook.com.

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We'll review your claim and work with you to make it right.

FINAL SALE

The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Made-to-order items

• Digital products or gift cards (if offered)

• Clearance or sale items

• Items marked Final Sale

Because each handmade item is unique, slight variations in fabric placement, pattern, and stitching are part of the handcrafted nature of our products and are not considered defects.
